Affidavits of Hardship for Lawsuit
It will not be easy to go against LG&E / KU. However, the Louisville community is
realizing that it has no choice with the routine permanent rake-hikes that's spreading
hardship, only to protect the Company's profit margin.
Below is an Affidavit for filling-out and submitting to Daniel Cobble for the lawsuit.
These Affidavits will be filed with the lawsuit as further evidence that KRS 278.183 is
untenable for sustaining the welfare and public interest of our communities.
If you are interested filing your Affidavit, fill-out the Affidavit-form below and then
contact Daniel Cobble for further instructions, at 502-499-5249. Remember to make
two copies of the Affidavit for your records.
Also, the more citizens that participate in this program, then the more likely we are to
prevail in court. Keep that in mind.
