The Mar. 12, 2010 Illegal Arrest Warrant

Hello, it's good to be back from false imprisonment, once again. I was jailed at the Federal Correctional Institution in Ashland, KY (some nice people there.) It was, to say the least, seredipidy, unwanted but necessary experiences for life; I saw how the prison industrial complex is un-necessarily eating-up taxpayer dollars.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BoP) released me (from the Marion County Jail, Kentucky) on Feb. 28, 2010, after I provided documents to the BoP Washington office and eastern Regional Director showing I was under false imprisonment (see below). Case 3:06cr-93 has no indictment from a grand jury. (It was fabricated by court officers on June 21, 2006. Since then, federal officials have scrambled to cover-up this mess.) Twelve days later, on Mar. 12, 2010, U.S. Marshals picked me up from my home with an illegal arrest warrant (see below). I was not even taken back to court for remand (return to prison), and there is no signature from an issuing judge.

When I returned home (released on Nov. 13, 2010), my friends and neighbors remained quiet and withdrawn from me. I believe this is because they felt guilty that they had not done anything (complained, protested, etc.) to stop these crimes done against me by Federal Judge Charles R. Simpson, III, Assist. U.S. Attorney Michael A. Bennett, and U.S. Probation Officer, Michael T. Clements. My friends and neighbors knew in their hearts, that as citizens, they were suppose to respond when seeing such outright violations of law from public officials. (We kept the community updated on case events.)

Please observe below that Judge Simpson did not sign the arrest warrant, though his name is printed as the Issuing Officer. The warrant is illegally signed by deputy U.S. Marshal Kirk Ioos, even though Simpson issued the order for a warrant. I believe he neglected to sign it, because he finally realized he would have been "compounding" the crime of my false imprisonment. He had already sentenced me to 10 months on 3:06cr-93 (again, that was intervened by the BoP on 2-28-10, see above). If he had signed the warrant, he would've again sent me to false imprisonment. -- So, the Marshals returned me to prison without a valid warrant or court order to cover their asses. It was an abduction and kidnapping.

Below is one of several verifiable communications to the Federal Bureau of Prisons that lead to my 2-28-10 release.
