Judge Simpson and Other Feds Attempt to Block Binding Lien - Cobble Requests Impeachment

The Karen Syper criminal case (Louisville, Kentucky) is only one of the latest casualties of federal judge Charles R. Simpson, III. Sypher expressed frustration of helplessness in her Feb. 14, 2011 radio broadcast. She complained of her attorney cohorting with Judge Simpson and the U.S. attorneys, including not allowing her to testify - preventing the jurors from hearing her story, and the false and incomplete evidence allowed at trial. Judge Simpson refused to step-down from the case though he has vested interest in the University of Louisville. -- Here again, Simpson's MO of corruption is written all over Sypher's case. It is very likely that she is innocent, but she is yet another who has fallen victim to our incredibly unlawful judicial system in Louisville. (For more information on the Sypher case, contact Jim Faller at 270-566-8946(Other casualties of Judge Simpson include Connie Marshall - Cases 3:05cv-280, 3:06cv-423-S, 3:05cv-261-S; Elizabeth Elliott - 3:09cv-841-S; Rose Perry - 3:03cv-549-S; Vickie Page - 3:04cv-461-S, and Craig I. Elliott - 3:10cr-128-S; Judicial Misconduct Complaint - 3:05cv-6351.

In Daniel Cobble's complex situation, he has asked U.S. Senator Rand Paul and Rep. John Yarmuth to begin impeachment proceedings against Judge Simpson, and any others (see below) found to be implicated in his criminal activity. The letter below explains to Sen. Paul of how Simpson and his cohorts are attempting to block a legally binding lien, of which the U.S. Dept. of Justice has allowed Cobble's Tort Claim #1571637103 to become perfected with full legal admissions that Cobble was jailed 270 days without an indictment from a grand jury, Case 3:06cr-93. In 2010, Simpson jailed Cobble again in 3:06cr-93 for another painful 10 months. Court officials fully admit they frabricated the indictment (by U.S. Attorney David Huber, Assist. U.S. Attorneys Michael A. Bennett and James R. Lesousky, and U.S. Magistrate Dave Whalin, and sanctioned by chief federal judge Thomas B. Russell of Owensboro, Kentucky).

Interfering with intent to block ratification of a legally binding lien constitutes major criminal fraud being committed by Simpson et. al. See the Feb. 17, 2011 letter, below, to Director Phyllis Pyles of the U.S. Tort Branch. As shown, Ms. Pyles is very much aware of Simpson and his criminal cohorts.
