Response to KY Public Service Commission (Nov. 9, 2011)

It's apparent that KY Public Service Commission (PSC) and LG&E moved-up their decision-making process of approving the latest rate hikes application due to the Motion for Hearings filed by Mr. Cobble. (Ratepayers have "materially" common law right to intervene.) In this way PSC is trying to discourage momentum of the petition drive that is still underway. PSC was scheduled to make its decision sometime in Dec. '2011.

But this is not over. If the PSC does not grant the Nov. 9, 2011
Request for Intervener Status, below, then the next step is to file suit against PSC and LG&E. -- Let Mr. Cobble know if you want to sign-on to the lawsuit. And please help to promote the ongoing petition drive by signing in the petition, now. Thank You!
CORRECTION: In the "RESPONSE TO PSC's Nov. 2, 2011 Letter," KRS 278.183 is incorrectly stated as KRS 183.178. The properly named statute is KRS 278.183.

In the Response, below, Daniel Cobble is requesting Intervener status from the KY Public Service Commission for his Motion for Hearings against the June 1, 2011 proposed rate hikes by Louisville Gas & Electric Co. | KU.

Please support Cobble's efforts by signing the Petition.
